SOAS is committed to providing the highest caliber of services to the citizens of Carter and eastern Jefferson Counties. We provide paramedic-level Advanced Life Support (ALS) services for both prehospital and interfacility transports. Our service district reaches over 850 square miles, serving over 48,000 residents. Our main office is in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Ardmore is a growing city located near the beautiful Lake Murray State Park, approximately an hour and a half from both Oklahoma City and Dallas on I-35.
The healthcare providers at SOAS are all Oklahoma licensed and nationally registered as EMTs or paramedics. Our medical protocols are quality driven by an experienced Medical Director who is an emergency department physician with an extensive EMS background.

Pre-Hospital Emergency Care
Each ambulance responding to an emergency call is staffed with licensed EMS personnel, who can perform the lifesaving services you need during an emergency
All SOAS crews are trained in providing prompt care and safe transport to local hospitals and other healthcare facilities
Integrated Health Care Services
We work with local and statewide air transport providers to get patients to the hospital that best suits their emergency needs
We work with local facilities to provide prompt and safe transports from the Ardmore and Healdton area hospitals to other facilities within a 120 range
Community Services
We provide quality EMS stand-by support for public and private events, so our citizens are safeguarded when they gather
We offer healthcare provider certification courses, as well as CPR and first aid to the community we serve.
